    Jennifer Alteration, who initially seemed very professional but turned out to be a nightmare. This lady was very rude and the shop was dirty, which annoyed me enormously but I let this go initially. I was extremely surprised that she would use a permanent marker on the wedding dress. I saw that when she was writing up the receipt the price was $400, which surprised. . So I said I was sorry but that the price was excessive, and I would not pay that amount. I started putting away the dress. Then the woman got angry and insisted that I had to pay $20 for the time she had lost, etc. I reluctantly paid her the $20 and got out of there as quickly as possible.
    I do not wish other clients the heartache that I experienced with Jennifer.
